Terraseed win R&D funding from the Technology Strategy Board's New Approaches to Crop Protection competition for 4 year project focusing on pest and disease control in horticultural crops in collaboration with Stockbridge Technology Centre.
A number of Mustard crops grow well as babyleaf crops in Terraseed ClassicTM including Golden Streaks, Red and Green Frills. These crops are very soft and feathery and are unlikely to be suitable for use in Terraseed ExcelTM.
Seeds are line-sown in rows that are 7.5 cm apart at between 500 and 1000 / m2.
