Mache, Corn Salad and Lambs Lettuce are all the same crop and can be grown in Terraseed like any other babyleaf crop without the need for a sand mulch. We are currently working on harvesting systems to allow the crop to be cut below the paper layer in Terraseed Classic^TM.

Seeds are line-sown in rows that are 7.5cm apart at between 500 and 1000 /m². A seeding machine is in development that will allow narrower rows and higher plant densities to be offered.
