Terraseed^® offers major crop management benefits in organic farming, and the production of salad and vegetable crops, tree seedlings and ornamentals, pharmaceutical crops and herbs. Research and Development During 2006 Terraseed has completed a range of replicated trials on a number of sites to ensure its product specification is commercially robust and meets the needs of growers. Trials have repeated shown 95-100% weed control with all Terraseed products which means that labour costs on organic farms can be greatly reduced. By helping to retain warmth and moisture in the soil, the trials have shown crop growth to be quicker and yield increase greater with Terraseed products compared to conventional production(drilled control). This has been demonstrated throughout the season in a number of replicated trials.
