Ian McManus - Chairman
Ian is an experienced Non-Executive Chairman, and Non Executive Director
of several companies specialising in the agriculture
and bio-sciences sector. He was a Board Member of a major International
Agrochemical Cropscience Company. He has
successfully helped to develop small Companies with novel and innovative
products.
David Bundred – Managing Director
Previous blue-chip company experience
including Group Chief Executive of TMD Friction an automotive brake pad
manufacturer with €700m sales based in Germany. Over 25 years of general
management experience in Lucas Industries plc, including MD roles in
Aerospace, Automotive and Electronic Measurement and Control
Divisions. Active Angel
investor with “hands on” focus in a small number of high
growth potential companies.
MBA, Chartered Engineer and Chartered Management Accountant.
David Holloway - Technical Director
Founder and inventor of Terraseed technology, he is responsible for
all technical development for the company, both in terms of product
efficacy, demonstrations in the field and for manufacture, as well as day
to day management. With a scientific background through Wye College, University of London,
he has wide ranging senior management experience with over 20 years in
the horticultural and agricultural industries through ADAS Consulting.
This covered developing and promoting Quality Assurance systems for major
food retailers including Tesco.
Tony Walker - Executive Director
Tony has supported and guided Terraseed from its foundation. He has
extensive scientific and business management experience over 20 years in
the European agricultural industry, including senior management roles
with farming groups, research organisations and
most recently ADAS Consulting.
Howard Jones - Non Executive Director
A graduate FCMA and a founder investor in Terraseed, Howard is a
finance director with senior level experience in a number of blue chip
companies where he had exposure to turn-rounds, corporate restructuring,
M&A activity and fund raising. He subsequently moved into the SME
sector as FD of a specialist electronics manufacturer and most recently
became MD of a service company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Philip Brown – Sales Executive
Actively involved with all
aspect of agriculture and horticulture, growing and advising on a wide
range of crops for multiple retailers. More recently Phil has taken on
responsibility for sales for a range of agricultural products and joined
Terraseed to develop direct sales and license agreements.
